We were introduced to Cloud Orca who had a near instant understanding of our requirements. Whilst not a particularly large installation of Salesforce, we had some added complexities which meant that we didn’t fit in to the basic roll out template. Cloud Orca were supportive and understanding of our initial external frustrations with the process in the early stages and were able to get us back on track for a quick turn around installation.
The team were honest and forthright about our requirements and what is possible within the system but made every attempt to provide an alternative solution for us to work with. This led to a good level of trust in their capabilities. There was a good team behind our main point of contact, with whom we built up a good relationship. That one-on-one relationship led to a better understanding of our businesses individual needs and was always on hand to discuss any concerns we had along the way.

Our company is expanding rapidly, and our existing systems were not able to keep up with our growth. We had previously worked with another Salesforce partner who basically couldn’t deliver what we had asked for. We were recommended to Ed & Tony at Cloud Orca as they have worked with numerous Financial Services firms and knew what we were exactly after as well as add additional functionality from their experience which they felt would be relevant to us as a business.

Cloud Orca were a great support for setting up Pardot for us. We were launching this from scratch, not migrating from any competitors, so we had a slightly different outcome than others would. We had great advice on how to structure our future content in the most efficient way, as well as we understand how the technology works and how we can fix and modify things going forward. Ed, Tony, and Roy were incredibly supportive during the project, daily calls with them were valuable as we learned something new in a bite-size dose and could test our ideas on the best way to set up our processes.

The team assigned to us were fantastic to work with. Clearly defined project timelines, actions and results were outlined but without pressure. I would not hesitate to recommend Cloud Orca to implement Salesforce. You could do it alone if you had the resource, skills and time available within your organisation, but I would guess that most SME’s do not have. For us, every penny spent with Cloud Orca was worth it.

We worked with Cloud Orca for 4 months to uplift our Salesforce instance. Over the years with the system being managed by multiple admins, undergoing custom work and changes of the process had left our system in need of support. Cloud Orca ran in-depth workshops with all relevant teams, focussing on process. During the course of the project, they went above and beyond, providing one to one training sessions with our Salesforce Admin to ensure the system would be self-sufficient. Their knowledge of SalesForce was fantastic, they were able to advise on industry and best practice-based off the multiple requirements gathering sessions.
