
The Result
The LIVENow team required support from Cloud Orca to help them manage their project pipeline more efficiently and have full visability of every communication or sales touchpoint with their customers. In addition to this, LIVENow wanted to streamline reporting of their global operation to ensure consistency throughout the business.
Cloud Orca successfully implemented Salesforce Sales Cloud for LIVENow. This meant the team now had real time visability of communications with customers and brand partners. In addition to this, the specialist team at Cloud Orca were able to build a custom object for Projects - bespoke for LIVENow.
This Sales Cloud Project also introduced new accurate reporting for the customer. LIVENow are now able to report on all data with reports and dashboards at their fingertips.
